Guests can relax and take their time without feeling rushed.

Due to popular demand, Shanghai Blues is proud to offer you the opportunity to learn the art of creating delicious dim sum with our executive chef Hong Qiu Feng. Hong Qiu Feng has been especially flown in from China by the owners of Shanghai Blues to lead a dedicated brigade of chefs in the kitchens of Shanghai Blues in creating dishes for serious dim sum and seafood lovers.

Shanghai Blues and Hong Qiu Feng will offer all participating groups an unforgettable and entertaining experience in learning how to make dim sum. Participants will get a new and exciting look into the world of Chinese food. They will explore with and invoke all their senses whilst being taught the ancient art of creating the perfect dim sum by the chef who has shown Mr Tony Blair such delights.
